1. Services

The DN Experts is a digital marketing agency offering services including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management
  • Website Design & Development
  • Other digital marketing and advertising services

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have started
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services

3. No Guarantee of Results

The client understands that digital marketing results depend on various external factors such as market conditions, competition, audience behavior, budget, and platform algorithms.

The DN Experts does not guarantee specific results including leads, sales, revenue, conversions, or return on investment (ROI).

4. Advertising Disclaimer

The DN Experts provides advertising services through third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by these platforms.

All ad approvals, rejections, suspensions, restrictions, or bans are governed solely by the respective platform policies. The DN Experts shall not be held liable for any platform-related actions beyond our control.

Advertising performance, costs (CPC, CPL, CPM), and results may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Ensure products, services, landing pages, and content comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies
  • Provide timely approvals, feedback, and necessary access to perform services

The DN Experts shall not be responsible for losses caused by false claims, misleading content, restricted products/services, or policy violations.

6. Advertising Accounts & Assets

All advertising accounts remain the property of the client. The DN Experts will only be granted manager or partner access for campaign execution.

All campaign data and ad accounts belong to the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All creatives, ad copies, strategies, designs, and marketing materials developed by The DN Experts remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, ongoing campaigns, or unused balances.

9. Limitation of Liability

The DN Experts shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Advertising account suspension, restriction, or bans
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
